Prior to this release, a customer would be taken out of Instagram to your Ecommerce site to complete a purchase. This is not a seamless experience for the customer and increases the likelihood that they will drop off before your site opens. Now, customers can make purchases directly on Instagram, creating more upside for you – and a better experience for them.
