The Gozney Dome is designed so anyone can go from basics to brilliance with wood-fired cooking. The extra wide mouth makes manoeuvring food easy, the oval shape and far left gas burner location maximises usable floor space, and a stone puck system allows users to switch between wood and gas with minimal fuss. A fire basket and wood placement tool help to build and maintain a fire with ease, air intake technology allows the user to effortlessly control the heat output, and the integrated ash removal tray makes it hassle free to sweep away old embers. Fancy a steak? Simply insert the thermocouple meat probes and find out when it’s done using the built-in digital thermometer. Every last detail has been thought of to ensure The Dome makes wood fired-cooking simple.

What’s more, the GozneyShield™ ceramic coated outer casing is water resistant, UV stable, and bonded at high temperatures for extra durability.

Product details – The Gozney Dome will be offered with two fuel options; either wood only (£999/$1,299USD/$1,799AUD) or wood and gas (£1,199/$1,499USD/$2,099AUD), both built using commercial grade materials with a 5 year warranty. Weighing less than 130lbs/58kg and less than 630mm/25″ deep (26″ H x 24.8″ D x 28.8″ W/660mmH x 630mmD x 732mmW), both models are designed to fit perfectly on a standard outdoor kitchen countertop or sit on the Gozney Dome Stand for a more flexible free-standing setup.
The Gozney Dome will be shipping from March 2021, with early bird purchase windows available only to those who have pre-registered their interest.
