We are in the midst of a high blood pressure pandemic. And the casualties are staggering. Even as many are preoccupied with COVID-19, high blood pressure continues to be a leading contributor to death and disability worldwide. Furthermore, research indicates that even if you don’t have the condition today, you have an approximately 90% chance that you will develop high blood pressure sometime during your life–provided you attain a normal lifespan.

Surprisingly, many people are neglecting some of the most powerful keys for naturally lowering their blood pressures. This sad fact helped motivate three healthcare providers to pen one of the world’s most popular blood pressure books, “Thirty Days to Natural Blood Pressure Control.”

The newest production of one of the book’s co-authors, David DeRose, MD, MPH, is a free YouTube video, “Three Overlooked Keys to Natural Blood Pressure Control.”  Again, DeRose’s motivation is similar: help laypeople tap into practical strategies for lowering BP without resorting to more medications. In the new video, viewers learn about a surprising blood-pressure-lowering exercise strategy that takes just over half an hour per week. They next gain insights into a common dietary ingredient that is worsening the blood pressure of millions—both in the U.S. and the world. And finally, Dr. DeRose shares practical advice about his popular approach to intermittent fasting.

You’ll find all this and more on Dr. DeRose’s free video entitled, “Three Overlooked Keys to Natural Blood Pressure Control”.
