[Pinellas County, FL] Sporting what is probably – and I am going to go out on a limb here – the dumbest tattoo in history, is Ismael Ambrosio. The 24-year-old has a tattoo across his face that clearly says “Fuck The Police.”
Ambrosio was booked into the Pinellas County jail on a hold issued by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
